On
the tragic occasion of Al
Aqsa incineration crime..
Israel still holds on
to a memory of illusion and
delusion
Did
the Zionist against
the Arab people of Palestine
commit the crime of
burning Al-Aqsa a normal
daily aggressive act,
as all the usual hostile
acts? Or was it a corner
stone in the Zionist
mentality? Certainly
the answer is not so
intricate.
Theodor
Hirtzel, founder of
Zionism stated in Basel
conference in Switzerland:
"If we conquer Al Quds
one day, and if I am
still alive and able
to do something, I'll
wipe anything which
is not sacred to the
Jews, and I'll destroy
ancient memorials".
A prominent Rabbi, Shlumo
Gourin, says in the
same context: "Zionism
and its goals will remain
vulnerable, as long
as Al Aqsa mosque and
the Dome of the Rock
mosque stand before
the eyes and souls of
Muslims, therefore they
must be wiped out".
The
fundamental interest
of Israel will remain,
the search for legitimate
status for the existence
of Zionist entity, by
holding to the illusion
and delusions, and fabrication
of "facts" and "incidents"
that may wedge same
bases for it. This is
done through stealing
the history of the original
people of Palestine
that dates back to thousands
of years. Thus when
pioneers of Zionism
talk about wiping out
of Al Aqsa, deep inside
they know that they
are speaking nonsense
because this sacred
memorial doesn't only
represent the most important
part of the essence
of Islam, but also the
memory of the Arab people's
generations both inside
and outside Palestine.
There
are also many other
Islamic and Christian
monuments, scholarly,
architectural and historical
landmarks, scattered
all over the homeland
of Palestine. Therefore,
Israel tries relentlessly
to destroy most Islamic
and Christian monuments
and to steal their properties,
manuscripts, (documents
and archeological peerless
treasures), in an effort
to destroy Arab originality
that is rooted deep
into the Palestinian
soil. On the other hand,
Israel tries for .vague
to prove the existence
of the alleged Old Testament
scriptures in old historic
sites. Despite digging
and destructing excavations,
which began in 1948,
and widely expanded
in 1967, Israel could
not find convincing
evidence for any profounder
historical ties with
Palestine, as depicted
in the Torah. The Zionist
Haarits newspaper on
28/10/1999, stressed
the fact that the search
for the Torah facts
is but an illusion.
The newspaper article
stated: "after seventy
years of concentrated
excavations in Palestine,
not one evidence was
found to prove the stories
of the Old Testament.
Following seventy years
of intensive excavation
efforts, a stark result
was obtained, namely
that the Torah era has
never occurred.
This
fact was asserted by
archeologist professor
z'ieve Hertzug, at Tel
Aviv university, where
he said in an article
published in Haarits:
"during the past twenty
years, an upheaval has
happened in the scholars'
stand towards the consideration
of the Torah as a historical
resource. According
to z'ieve's most Israelis
& Torah scholarly investigators,
which carried out researches
and excavations to enhance
the reality of the Old
Testament stories, agreed
to the fact that the
stages of the Israeli
people's formation were
completely different
of those stated in the
Torah. Yet Israeli society
is not ready to discuss
such a subject; and
prefers to ignore the
whole matter altogether.
Hirtzug wrote: "it is
difficult to accept
this fact, yet it is
clear to all scholars
today that the Israeli
people had never lived
in Egypt had never gone
astray in the desert,
or occupy Palestine
by via a military troop;
and had never left it
as an inheritance to
twelve offspring of
Israel. What is most
difficult of all is
to accept the fact that
the unified kingdom
of David and Solomon,
which was described
in the Old Testament
as a regional main-power,
was but a simple small
hierarchy at its best.
This
article is never considered
now as abnormal among
Israeli scholars, but
the overwhelming fact.
This led to the emergence
of "the new historians"
who are researching
into different reconciliatory
history. Nevertheless
memory still denies
the connubial relation
between illusion and
fact.
