Arabcin has adopted a new initiative in which he called for
the celebration of Arab Document Day each 17th of October. It
connected and wrote to all Arab institutions member in the Club.
There are 106 members from universities, libraries and centers
in the following 15 Arab countries Egypt, United Arab Emirates,
Kuwait, Jordan, Lebanon, Saudi Arabia, Algeria, Yemen, Libya,
Morocco, Sudan, Tunisia, Iraq, Palestine and Syria.
Arabcin also connected and wrote to Arab National Organizations.
Up till now, it received the approval and backing several Arab
Regional Organizations and Information & Document Centers
including:
· The Arab Organization for Education, Culture and Science
- Tunisia.
· The Union of Arab Scientific Research Councils - Iraq.
· The Arab Center for the Study of Dry Area ACSAD - Damascus.
These are the regional organizations. In addition to communicating
with and writing to tens of centers and National institutions,
and securing their approval to mark the 17th of October as the
National Day of Arab Document.
